twine makes it easy for Zoom hosts to create connection by enabling advanced breakout rooms and speed networking.

You are not signed into your Zoom account on both the web client AND the desktop client.

In order to access Zoom Apps, you need to be signed into Zoom in two places; the Zoom website and the Zoom desktop client. If you try to download the app without being signed into the desktop client, you're going to get this screen.

Once you sign into the desktop client, it will allow you to add the app and if you're not signed into the Zoom website, it will take you to this screen to sign in. Once you signed in to both places, you should be able to access apps.

You can also find your Zoom desktop client and login before you join the meeting. In order to find your Zoom desktop client, you can search on your computer for Zoom.
